Our Story

Heritage Milling was founded to reintroduce careful, small-batch milling into modern food production. By blending time-tested techniques with thoughtful quality control, we create products that maintain flavor and reliability without unnecessary complexity.

The mill was founded by Hunter Thomas, a Preston County native with a background in agriculture and entrepreneurship. Heritage Milling reflects a commitment to well-crafted products and responsible food production.
